We invite our Guests to participate in the demonstration of making and baking sękacz by means of the traditional method by the fire, then tasting their own product.
Sękacz is a regional delicacy of the Suwałki Region. The delicious cake has delectable smell and taste for a very long time.
Its colour and taste mostly depends on the quality of eggs which have to be organic and provided by local breeders.
The preparation of sękacz is time-consuming, but very pleasant. It take up to 3 hours. The results of the efforts are amazing.
